How our
home staging works

  • Contact us by phone, email, or via the enquiry form to discuss your property, timing, and staging needs. Floor plans or existing photos are helpful—they’re great to have so please share them if you can.

  • We’ll create a no-pressure quote outlining the staging plan for your property. When you're ready to move forward, we’ll send through an invoice for a 20% deposit to lock in your booking. If you were unable to provide floor plans or photos then we will likely do a site visit prior to providing a quote. 

  • With everything locked in, we plan a tailored design and select the perfect furnishings then have our team of movers install the furniture ready for us to style. We allow one full day for furniture installation, though larger or more complex properties may require 1–2 days. We typically recommend scheduling professional photography 1–2 days after styling to ensure everything is perfectly in place.

  • Our standard staging period is six weeks or until the property becomes unconditional—whichever comes first. At that point, we’ll coordinate pack-down and furniture removal.

    Need more time? Extensions may be available for an additional cost, subject to availability.

Pricing is customised based on the size of your home, including the number of living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and spaces requiring staging. Need additional time? Our flexible package allows for extensions to suit your specific needs.
